- Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) – Certified provider. This is an auditory therapy developed by Dr. Stephen Porges, professor of psychiatry, SSP is a non-invasive application of Polyvagal Theory. This program helps the nervous system better receive, process, and respond to be better regulated and connected. It promotes well-being and positive engagement with others. October 2020.

- Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) – Centre for Mindfulness Canada. This is an 8-week evidence-based program to offer mindfulness training through a medical model to assist people with stress, anxiety, depression, and pain. March-April 2019.

- MindUp – A program based in neuroscience that teaches the skills and knowledge necessary children need for emotional regulation. January 2013.
- Arrowsmith Program training – Arrowsmith is a cognitive program based on the application of neuroscientific research designed to strengthen brain function to address the underlying causes of learning difficulties. Alexandra taught and ran several Arrowsmith programs from 2006-2015. Initial training, Summer 2006.
